Congress and the Biden Administration have proposed new legislation and regulations, respectively, which may significantly impact the tech community and your business. 1. 9:00-10:00am - R&D Tax Amortization - recent changes to the ability of companies to amortize research expenditures under IRC Section 174 could increase taxable income for many tech companies.
